RAW MATERIAL:

Fruit of the Capsicum annum plant. Recognition of raw material; translucent, bright red, rounded and bulbous, and measuring about 12 - 15 cm long and about 4 cm across. Thin fleshed; sweet, tart flavour and smoky, dusty tones. (Variety : Capsicum annum - common name Papri Queen.)

MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:

Processed in a variety of spice milling machines and then screened, the raw material is turned into a fine powder. The powder is then visually classified and 1500 kg uniform batches are blended. All provisions of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act of South Africa are adhered to.
