RAW MATERIAL:

Fruit of the Capsicum annum plant.

MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:

Supplied by South African farmers from various growing areas, the raw material is dried to a moisture content of not more than 10% net weight and destemmed. It is then milled and the ground paprika is visually classified and 500 kg uniform batches are blended. All provisions of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act of South Africa are adhered to.
