Product Applications
A Paprika pod once ground (milled) into a fine powder, is a vibrant enticing red colour, but unlike its cousin the chilli, it has no characteristic burn. Its taste is rather gentle on the palate with tones from sweet to pleasantly smokey. When the powder is used in cooking, these characteristics of colour and flavour serve to enhance any dish.

Retail Market
In its simplest form the spice is sold pure packed into retail receptacles, to be used by the chef in the preparation of food.

Spice Blends
Most companies producing pre-blended products for the Meat Industry and Food Service sector make use of this versatile spice in their blends. It adds the characteristic red colour yet does not detract from the intended purpose of the blend.

Soya Products
Paprika works extremely well in making soya products more visually appealing.
